    If you are not satisfied with Locapage, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase date. This guarantee applies only to the first payment.

    2. How to Request a Refund

    • Email us at contact@locapage.com with your account email and order details.
    • Refunds are processed via Stripe to your original payment method.
    • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

    3. Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

    • Your website remains active until the end of your current billing period.
    • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
    • After your billing period ends, your website will be taken offline.
    • Partial-month refunds are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

    4. After the 30-Day Period

    After the initial 30-day refund window, refunds are issued at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. We may offer pro-rated refunds for significant service disruptions caused by Locapage.

    5. Non-Refundable Situations

    Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Failure to review or verify AI-generated content on your website.
    • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations.
    • Dissatisfaction with third-party services (e.g., Google data accuracy, Stripe processing).
    • Changes to your business circumstances unrelated to the Service.

    6. EU Consumer Rights

    If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive. By using the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you may lose this right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum.

    7. Chargebacks

    We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are costly and may result in immediate account suspension. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes amicably.
