By using Locapage, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Seller & Contracting Party

Locapage is operated by Locapage. By using the service, you are entering into an agreement with Locapage.

2. Acceptance

By continuing to use Locapage, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Description

Locapage provides an automated website generation and hosting service for local businesses. Using publicly available Google Business data, Locapage generates an SEO-optimized website with hosting, SSL certificate, and AI-generated content included.

4. Subscription & Billing

The service is offered as a monthly subscription at $12/month. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your website remains active until the end of your current billing period. For refund requests, please see our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Locapage retains ownership of its software, platform, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your business information. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your active subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: unlawful activities, fraud or spam, intellectual property infringement, interfering with the security or integrity of the service (including malware, probing, or scraping), and any other activity that harms Locapage or its users.

7. Service Level

Locapage strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension & Termination

Locapage reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon cancellation, your site remains active until the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Locapage shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
